Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with classical sign and symptoms of stanyakshaya 3. 2.Patient having baby of less than 6 month of age, partially or totally on top feed. 4. 3. Age group between 22 to 35 years irrespective to religion, socio-economic status and mealhabits. 5. 4. Patients either of Primigravida or Multigravida will be selected. 6. 5. Patients after delivery from 5th day to 6 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient with congenital anomalies of breast (absence of nipple or the breast tissue). 2. Patient with breast atrophy, mastitis, breast abscess. 3. Patient with known case of immune compromised disease . 4. k/c/ o reactive viral markers in patients . 5.Patient having systemic disease s. 6. Patient s baby with congenital anomalies (cleft lip, cleft palate), birth trauma, prematurebirth. 7. Patient who is taking anti prolactin drug (bromocriptine, cabergoline) which suppress lactation. 8. Patient who is taking anti emetic drug (metoclopramide, domperidone) or which increase lactation.

To review Stanyakshaya according to Ayurved and modern literature To review literature of drug Vidarikand Granules and shatapushpa churna in detail. To evaluate efficacy of Shatpushpa in Stanyakshaya. To compare efficacy of vidarikanda granule and shatpushpa churna in stanyakshaya. To observe adverse effects of Vidarikand Granules if any.Timepoint: 24 days
