Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All healthy renal transplant donors of age 18-60 years admitted for laparoscopic donor nephrectomy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects with Cardiovascular and coagulation disorders Any allergy to local anaesthestic agents Requiring conversion to open donor nephrectomy Inability to comprehend the use of Visual analogue scale Having opioid dependance Patient refusal
