Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 18 to 70 years with clinically diagnosed chronic plaque psoriasis who are willing to give informed consent Healthy controls of similar age and sex

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with other autoimmune diseases Patients with active infections or malignancy Patients on antiplatelet or anticoagulant drugs Patients on systemic immunomodulatory therapy in last 2 months Pregnant and lactating women
