Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects willing to give consent to participate in this study. Subjects fulfilling the diagnostic criteria. Subjects of all gender between the age group of 18-60 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects suffering from Congenital Hypothyroidism (Cretinism). Pregnant women and lactating mothers. Subjects suffering from chronic illness that may interfere with the study (CKD,Cardiovascular diseases,Carcinoma, HIV). Subjects with Oral Candidiasis,Ca of tongue and Oral cavity and Congenital anomalies of the tongue. Subjects who are addicted to tobacco, betel nuts, smoking etc.
