Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA grade I,II,III Elective surgery Consent from patient Duration of Surgery 2-3 hours Patient Scheduled for fracture femur surgery under spinal anaesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ASA grade IV,V Patient refusing to give consent Emergency surgery Pregnant women History of allergy to local anaesthetic Local infection or inflammation Pre existing neuropathy in involving surgical limb
