Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 College students (age 18-25 years). 2 Individuals actively participating in folk singing performance. 3 At least 1 year of singing experience in folk singing. 4 Normal respiratory function . 5 Able to follow instructions .

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Recent upper respiratory tract infection (within past 4 weeks). 2 Current smokers or individuals with history of tobacco use. 3 Any other professional singers. 4 History of respiratory, cardiovascular, or neuromuscular disorders (e.g., asthma, TB, Congenital Heart Defect, vocal cord pathology). 5 Students already undergoing structured voice therapy or pulmonary rehabilitation.
