Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Women aged 30-45 years.Surgical menopause (Hysterectomy with or without Oophorectomy).1 month post-surgery.Experiencing sexual dysfunction or related symptoms.Willing to perform exercises

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Recent pelvic or abdominal surgery within 3 months.Recent pregnancy or breastfeeding.Severe cognitive impairment.Severe musculoskeletal or neurological conditions.Medical conditions contraindicating exercise (uncontrolled hypertension,recent MI).
