Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Both gender Patients. Patients above 18 years. Patients with confirmed diagnosis of CKD (all the stages). CKD patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis. Patients on elective/scheduled dialysis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients on emergency dialysis. Missed previous dialysis sessions. Acute Kidney Injury (AKI). Patients with sepsis, ongoing bleeding, or shock. Patients who are mechanically ventilated Patient who has organ transplantation. Patients who are not willing for the study.

Primary

MeasureTime frame
To assess the incidence and pattern of hemodynamic instability during hemodialysis in patients with chronic kidney disease. Timepoint: after 4 hours

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
To compare the occurrence of hemodynamic instability during dialysis in: Hypertensive & non-hypertensive CKD patients, with or without antihypertensive medications Diabetic & non-diabetic CKD patients. Timepoint: after 4 hours
