Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Single case study of age 34 having first degree meniscal tear. The participant is able to follow the instructions given every week participant must be able to communicate and able to be independent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Second degree meniscal tear No females Age not more than 34 Non hypertensive, non-diabetic. No recent surgeries in knee
