Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Chronic non-healing ulcers and traumatic ulcers. 5 6 Diabetic foot ulcers, venous ulcers and bed sores. Clinically diagnosed cases of DushtaVrana (Chronic non-healing ulcers) as per Ayurveda (Acharya Sushruta) with lakshan of DushtaVrana. Willingness to participate and sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients not willing to undergo trail or not ready to give informed and written consent. Diabetic wound having uncontrolled diabetes (HbA1c more than 10) Malignant wound, leprosy, Gangrene. Immunocompromised patients (e.g., HIV, TB) and any other systematic disease. Patients on immunosuppressive therapy. Osteomyelitis patient.
