Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Young woman aged between 18-25 years who are already diagnosed with Artavkshay will be selected

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Pregnant and lactating women. 2) Participants unwilling to provide written informed consent.

To correlate improper Ahar and Aharsevana Vidhi with clinical symptoms of Artavkshay. To suggest Ayurvedic dietary modifications (Ahara and Aharsevan Vidhi based) for prevention and management of Artavkshay among young women.Timepoint: At Enrollment
