Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Elderly age population from 60-80 years 2.Able to stand independently without assistive devices 3.Both genders male and females

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.History of recent lower-limb injury, fracture, or surgery (past 6 months). 2.History of any neurological disorders affecting balance or gait 3.Skin conditions preventing EMG electrode application
