Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients who give written informed consent for participation in the study Patients of both sexes Patients are in the age between 15 to 50 Years Duration less than equal to 6 weeks Patients fit for Swedana therapy and internal medication Patients with advanced deformities or contractures in joints preventing assessment of symptoms Patients having symptoms of Amavata and Rheumatoid Arthritis fulfilling the ACR/EULAR Criteria Patients with DAS28 Score between greater than 2.6 and less than 5.1 Patients willing to follow Ayurvedic treatment and dietary guidelines
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients are in the age less 18 years and greater 50 years Patients diagnosed with Secondary Arthritis and other autoimmune diseases with joint involvement Patients diagnosed with other systemic illness and under medication for the same Patients currently receiving Immune suppressant therapy or patients under long term steroid therapy Pregnant and Lactating women Patients with advanced deformities or contractures in joints preventing assessment of symptoms
