Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient suffering from pain during menstruation for more than 2 consecutive cycle. Both married and married.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patient with identifiable pelvic pathology 2) Diagnosed case of secondary dysmenorrhoea 3) Diagnosed cases of HIV, Carcinoma, Diabetes mellitus, other metabolic and chronic disorders. 4) Any congenital anomalies of anus. 5) Anorectal pathologies such as anal fistula, anal fissures and hemorrhoids. 6) Patient with history of other medical illness that may interfere with course of treatment.
