Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients in the age group between 2-18 years with minimum duration of ankylosis more than or equal to 1 year. Patients diagnosed with bony temporomandibular joint ankylosis, specifically classified as Type II, Type III, or Type IV according to Sawhney classification. Patient who are willing to give informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patient with previous TMJ Surgeries or trauma affecting airway. Patients with severe systemic conditions with ASA III-V, craniofacial syndromes or unmanageable airway obstruction contraindicating safe anaesthesia or surgery will be excluded. Patient who are unwilling to give informed consent.
