Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Edentulous patients aged 40-70 years diagnosed with metabolic syndrome according to the International Diabetes Federation criteria o Patients requiring tissue supported non-balanced complete dentures and interim tooth supported removable partial dental prosthesis for the first time. Consent to participate in the study. Ability to understand, respond, and comply during the study experiment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with active oral infections Used of antibiotic or antifungal agent in last one month Failure to complete dental prosthetic therapy Pregnant or lactating women. Psychologically challenging persons o Lack of physical dexterity
