Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects who are undergoing Le Fort I Osteotomy and/or BSSO undergoing advancement will be selected for the study with a consent form agreeing to participate in the study in the department of OMFS, OHSC, PGIMER Chandigarh

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with systemic condition known to impair bone metabolism or healing. presence of craniofacial syndrome or congenital anomalies such as cleft lip/palate or hemifacial microsomia. history of previous orthognathic surgery inclusing bone grafting or major facial trauma.
