Inclusion criteria: Owning a smartphone Using a smartphone for at least two hours per day

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Having congenital or acquired musculoskeletal abnormalities of hand. Records of wrist fractures, injuries, or trauma within the past six months Age group more than 25 and less than 18
