Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Healthy active smokers with no diagnosed respiratory disorders. 2 Individuals with a smoking history of at least 3 years. 3 Participants willing to participate and provide informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Individuals unable to understand or follow verbal instructions. 2 Presence of any cardiovascular or respiratory disorder. 3 History of recent breathlessness, chest pain, or dizziness. 4 Abnormal chest wall conditions. 5 History of thoracic or chest surgery. 6 Neuromuscular disorders affecting respiratory muscles. 7 Presence of communicable diseases.
