Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients of both sex in the age between 20 to 60 yrs. Patients having no systemic disorders. patients having difficulty in sleep initiation. Patients who fulfil the diagnostic criteria of Nidranasha.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients of both sex in the age below 20 and above 60. Patients suffering from any type of systemic illness and metabolic disorders. Patient who are on psychiatric treatment. Accident cases, post-operative cases, drug abuser, mentally retarded person.
