Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Regular (21-35 days) /irregular menstrual cycle 2. Patients diagnosed infertility 3. Not on Hormonal treatment 4. Willing to undergo menstrual cycle monitoring/ ovulation tracking

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Structural abnormalities of female reproductive organs. 2. Severe systemic diseases that may interfere the course of study (STD, CA of ovaries and utreus, DM, HTN) 3.Diagnosed male factor infertility

MeasureTime frame
The study is expected to demonstrate a significant association between altered Ritu (menstrual and ovulatory cycle patterns) and female infertility, with a higher prevalence of irregular cycle characteristics observed among infertile women.Timepoint: At baseline and 8 weeks

1 Evaluation of menstrual cycle characteristics - cycle length, duration, flow. 2 Assessment of ovulation status & timing. 3 Identification of Ritu abnormalities in infertile women. 4 Correlation of cycle regularity & ovulation with fertility outcomes. 5 Validation of Ritu as a Garbhotpadaka Samagri through Ayurvedic & modern parameters.Timepoint: At Baseline & 8 weeks
