Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women aged 18 45 years residing in selected rural areas of Kolar district, diagnosed with anemia (hemoglobin between 7 - 10.9), willing to participate in the study and available for follow-up. 2. Pregnant woman who are at first and second trimester 3. Primigravida and multigravida with iron deficiency anemia
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women with severe medical or obstetric complications, chronic illnesses (such as diabetes, hypertension, or renal disease), high-risk pregnancy, or those not willing to participate or not available for follow-up. 2. Pregnant women with nausea and vomiting 3. Pregnant women with sever anemia with hemoglobin less than 7gms/dl 4. Pregnant women who are allergic to food ingredients used in Iron Rich Laddu
