Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subject presenting at least one location with minimal or no keratinized tissue ie less than equal to 2 mm. The selected location must be an abutment of an implant supported restoration. Subject should be systemically healthy. Lateral palatal tissue more than equal to 2 mm of thickness measured in the surgical appointment with a periodontal probe (UNC 15) in the premolars area.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects with systemic diseases and hereditary disorders. Sites with acute infection. History of smoking, alcohol, drug or tobacco abuse. Pregnant or lactating women. Subjects with poor oral hygiene. Allergy to Non-Steroidal Anti-Inflammatory Drugs Patients taking medications that cause gingival enlargement or the presence of gingival idiopathic overgrowth. Parafunctional habits.
