Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with typical history of ankle sprain with its clinical features. 2. Grade I: No laxity, minimal pain and mild swelling. 3. Grade II: Mild to moderate laxity, soft tissue swelling, anterior drawer and talar tilt is slightly positive. 4. Age between 18 to 45 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Wound site. 2. Third grade ankle sprain. 3. Uncontrolled DM 4. Ankle dislocation. 5. H/O allergic reaction to external application.
