Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Both male and female football players 2. Age between 18 to 25 years 3. Players practicing football at least thrice a week. 4. Players with minimum 1 year of experience in game.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Player with a history of significant lower limb injuries past 6 months. 2. Any Cardiovascular, musculoskeletal, neurological, respiratory, systemic condition. 3. Players who are already performing FIFA 11+ Warm-up program previously. 4. Unwilling to participating in this study.
