Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Newly diagnosed or existing cases of primary hypothyroidism 2.Willingness to participate and provide informed consent 3.Patients not currently on thyroid hormone replacement therapy or willing to discontinue it under medical supervision
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.seconday or Subclinical hypothyroidism 2 patients on other chronic medications affecting thyroid function 3 patients with irregular follow ups 4.patient on long term corticosteroids or hormone therapy 5. Age below 50 and above 60 years
