Intervention1: GROUP A MACE TRAINING : Group A will Undergo Mace Training with 360 degree swing,mace front press mace single arm swing and 10 to 20 swings 3 days per week 4 days rest 1 time per day 4

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Minimun 6 months of wrestling training experience participants who are medically fit willing to participate and provide informed consent training frequency of atleast 3 sessions per week

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of musculoskeletal injury or surgery in past 6 months current participation in any orher strength or mobility program use of performance enhancing drugs affecting strength program
