Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Subjective Parameters Essential parameter is Ruk Non-essential parameters are Stambha, Toda, Spandan, grahnati All essential and 50% of non-essential characters of Gridhrasi are required for selection of patient. Objective Parameters are Radiating pain Numbness Tingling sensations Pain worsen with movements like sneezing, coughing etc. Muscle weakness Reduce reflexes of foot. 50% of objective parameters are required for selection of patient. Patients diagnosed with Gridhrasi (Sciatica) based on classical Ayurvedic signs and modern clinical parameters. Age group: 41 to 60 years.This study is gender-inclusive, inviting participation from individuals of all gender identities. Patients who are willing to participate and provide informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with severe systemic illnesses such as uncontrolled diabetes, malignancies, or active infections. Patients with history of spinal surgery. Cases with infective causes of sciatic pain like tuberculosis of the spine. Patients suffering from autoimmune disorders affecting the musculoskeletal system. Pregnant women or lactating women. Patients unwilling to give consent for participation.
