Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants aged 20 40 years, who are healthy individuals and have been residing in a metropolitan city for a minimum duration of 2 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Pregnant and lactating women. 2.Suffering from any acute or chronic health condition.

MeasureTime frame
Quantitative change in Nrf2 gene expression (mRNA levels) before and after Virechana therapy, expressed as fold change using qPCR analysis.Timepoint: Outcome measures will be assessed at two timepoints, baseline (prior to Virechana) and post-intervention (11th or 13th day after completion of therapy) to evaluate the genomic impact of Virechana.

MeasureTime frame
Quantitative changes in downstream antioxidant genes HO-1, NQO1, and GST before and after Virechana, indicating activation of the Nrf2-ARE pathway.Timepoint: Outcome measures will be assessed at two timepoints: baseline (prior to Virechana) and post-intervention (11th or 13th day after completion of therapy) to evaluate the genomic and physiological impact of Virechana.
