Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Insomnia Index will be used to diagnose primary insomnia with score of more than 7 2. Age group between 18-60 years irrespective to gender socioeconomic status occupation and marital status 3. Patients coming under diagnostic criteria of nidranash will be selected

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient below age group of 18 and above 60 years 2. Open head wounds 3. Patient which are not willing to do thalam 4. Secondary Insomnia
