Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 6 weeks to 24 weeks postpartun Vaginal delivery Vernier caliper with greater or equal to 2cm at 4.5cm above and below umblicus, supine headlift Pelvic floor distress inventory score 20-60 (mild to moderate) Able to read and understand informed consent, attend assessments and adhere to exercise protocol

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Planning pregnancy during the study History of abdominal and pelvic surgeries within last 6 months History of caesarean delivery in current pregnancy. Contraindicated to exercise program
