Intervention1: Homoeopathic Individualized Medicine: Homoeopathic medicines, oral mode of administration, once in a week at least to be consumed, Aerobic excercise needs to be done at least five times

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients suffering from anxiety disorders as per ICD 11 criteria Patients of all sexes Patients of age from 18 50 years Patients with Normal BMI Patients with insight level more than 2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with physically challenged state Patients with cardiac illnesses (Angina, MI or history of MI, Secondary HTN) Patients with symptoms suggestive of Grade II & III osteoarthritis
