Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Children Of Either Gender Aged Between 5 To 15 Years Diagnosed Cases Of Acute Tonsillitis Based On Clinical Signs And Symptoms Patients Who Have Not Taken Any Other System Of Medicine For The Present Complaint Within The Last 7 Days Patients Whose Parents/Guardians Are Willing To Provide Written Informed Consent And Allow Participation In The Study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients Suffering From Chronic Tonsillitis Or Recurrent Tonsillitis Patients With Associated Systemic Diseases Or Complications Such As Peritonsillar Abscess Patients On Antibiotic Or Corticosteroid Therapy Within The Last 7 Days Patients With Severe Systemic Illness And Immunocompromised Status That May Interfere With Study Participation Patients Unwilling To Participate Or Unable To Comply With The Study Protocol Age Above 18 years and Below 5 Years
