Intervention1: Aerobic exercise with Blood flow restriction training: Low intensity aerobic exercise at 40 % HR reserve with bilateral Lower limb Blood flow restriction at 80% Limb occlusion pressure.

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Non smoker 2. More than 1 year of resistance training experience and trains at least thrice a week 3. Having no experience/previous knowledge of BFR training

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Any musculoskeletal injury in past 6 month 2. Acute infection 3. Use of NSAID in last 2 weeks 4. Resting blood pressure greater than 139 systolic diastolic 89 5. Unable to consent Contraindication to BFR in accordance to BFR pre screening
