Interventions

Intervention1: Intravenous Dexmedetomidine: Patients within this group will receive Saline dummy(100ml NS) bolus over 20 mins after induction after stabilising the hemodynamics(baseline bp) then Dex

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients posted for elective on pump cabg 2. Ejection fraction more than or equal to thirty five percent 3. Good Echo window

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Dexmedetomidine or Magnesium sulphate drug allergy 2. Hypermagnesemia 3. Estimated Glomerular Filtration Rate less than thirty percent 4. Combined Valve and CABG surgeries 5. Severe conduction disorders 6. Severe organ dysfunction
