Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA I & II patients In the age group 18 to 40 of either gender. Patients requiring removal of distoangular mandibular third molar with a moderate score in Pederson difficulty index Patients who are willing to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ASA III & IV patients Acute infection patients having any systemic disorder Patient with systemic disease, pregnancy and lactating women or any other medical therapy that could interfere with healing process. Immunocompromised patient Mentally challenged patient
