Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Clinically Diagnosed Patients with DPN 2.Cases of Adverse Drug Reactions due to SGLT2 Inhibitor in DPN patients 3.Patients providing informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who did not give informed consent 2. Comorbid Conditions Patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD) 3. Critical Illness Includes malignancy, critically ill patients, and those with stroke or neurovascular complications 4. Neuromuscular Conditions Patients with myopathy ,neuromuscular diseases 5. Other Diabetes Type
