Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients in between the age group of 18 years -55 years patients on whom procedures under local anesthesia with IANB is required and also whose any lower molar is to be extracted or disimpaction is to be carried out patients willing to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Medically compromised patients patients taking any medications that would alter pain perception pregnant women patients contraindicated and allergic to local anesthesia and sodium bicarbonate used in the study .
