Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Only patients diagnosed with BPPV by a physician will be included in the study Diagnosis of posterior or lateral canal BPPV confirmed by DixHallpike No history of central vestibular disorders, active Meniere s disease, or vestibular neuritis, Cervical Spine Disorders , Neurological Disorders , Recent Head or Ear Surgery , uncontrolled vertigo and pregnancy No significant orthopedic, or cognitive impairments Willingness to participate in follow-up assessments

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of bilateral BPPV or atypical positional vertigo Presence of other vestibular disorders such as vestibular migraine Severe visual impairment affecting balance training Patients on medications affecting vestibular function
