Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Female of age group between 18-30 years.[excluding those with secondry dysmenorrhea]. 2. Diagnosed patients of primary dysmenorrhea. 3. Suffering from primary dysmenorrhea for more than 6 consecutive menstrual cycles. 4. Selection of patients irrespective of religion, socioeconomic status and marital status. 5. Patient must give written consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient with age group below18 and above 30years. 2. Female diagnosed with secondary dysmenorrhea due to underlying pelvic conditions like uterine fi a. uterine fibroids ,endometriosis ,or PID. 3. Pregnant or lactating woman. 4. Patient with congenital anomalies of reproductive system. 5. Current use of hormonal contraceptives or intrauterine devices. 6. Patient who are not willing to participate in the study and does not agree to sign consent form. 7. Patient suffering from genital malignancies, adenomyosis. 8. Uncontrolled Diabetes mallitus.
