Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age between 18 and 65 years old nondiabetic individuals where a large intermediate thickness skin graft will be required (Graft size not less than 15x5cm).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (i) Patients under 18 years of age and above 65 years of age (ii) History of cardiovascular diseases (iii) Pregnancy (iv) Hepatic and renal disease (v) Immunocompromised patients (vi) Allergic to insulin
