Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Gender Both Male and female Age 18-35 year No participation in physiotherapy for postural correcting program in past 6 months Able to understand and follow instructions Clinical Diagnosed Sway back Posture

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Fracture Surgery Pregnant woman Arthritic disease Any other Musculoskeletal injury Mentally unstable
