Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age- 18-30 years 2.Gender-Both Male and Female participants 3.PAR-Q (Physical activity rediness questionnaire) 4.Regular in to the training programme 5.Willing to Participate with Consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Any recent injuries interfering the practice. 2.Acute systemic illness 3.Participants involved in any personal training methods. 4.Psychologically unstable 5.Athlete on any medications
