Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Male or female aged 18-40 years Athletes 2. MRI or orthopedic confirmed diagnosis partial ACL tear

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Musculoskeletal injuries: recent muscle injuries or fractures, open fractures or wounds. 2. Any current or previous medical conditions or surgeries that might affect gait. 3. Recent inflammation, bleeding disorders, active bleeding, or infection within the lower limbs 4. Contraindications to BFR: presence of open wounds or serious skin conditions such as allergies to the cuff material identified during the initial evaluation study.
