Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: diagonosed patients of palitya vyadhi selected by using greying severity score method of having minimum grade 1 score age group 20-35 years gender - male and female who didnt use hair dye or color in last 1 month

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patient Suffering from albinism, vitiligo, thyroid disorder & other major illness. Human immunodeficiency viruses, Hepatitis B, Systemic Lupus erythematosus, disseminated intravascular coagulation, Hepatic failure, Tuberculosis, Malignancy or such major illness will be excluded. known case of any systemic diseases, pregnancy, traumatic conditions. Exclude the candidate who uses hair dye or hair colors.
