Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Age 19 TO 70 years - Patients of ASA 1and 2 - Elective surgeries under Regional anesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with the following conditions will be excluded - - cardiac diseases : IHD, CAD - respiratory diseases : COPD, ILD, Asthma - neuropsychiatric disorders - Obese patients , Obstructive sleep apnea - Difficult airway and intubation

To compare the absence / presence of shivering and the grade. To compare the intra and post operative Pain scores using NRS and Ramsay sedation scoresTimepoint: At baseline, every 30 minutes after spinal anesthesia till 3 hours—

To determine the duration of analgesia and the time for first rescue analgesics. To assess any side effects like episodes of nausea, vomiting, pruritus, hypotension and bradycardia.Timepoint: every 1 hour post op for 3 hours—
