Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Clinically diagnosed Homogenous leukoplakia with a size range of 2-6cm. 2)Individuals above 18 years and above. Both genders. 3)Willingness to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Non homogenous leukoplakia. 2)Leukoplakia with a maximum dimension of more than 6cm 3)Patients undergoing treatment for any other potentially malignant disorder 4)Not willing to participate in study 5)Previously treated cases of leukoplakia 6)Lactating or pregnant women 7)Allergic patients (to curcumin)

If topical Moringa oleifera Oro mucosal paste and topical Curcumin Oro mucosal paste therapy is found to be effective and superior in patients with oral leukoplakia, it can be used as a therapeutic agent either as a monotherapy or as an adjunct to conventional therapy in management leukoplakia.
