Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion Criteria for BOOST-DS Intervention: 1. Children diagnosed with Down Syndrome 2. Age: 8 to 18 years (chronological age), both inclusive 3. Children who can follow simple verbal commands Inclusion Criteria for BOOST-DS Implementation: 1. Parents of Children with Down Syndrome/special schoolteachers /special school administrative head 2. Should understand basic Kannada or English language
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion Criteria for BOOST-DS Intervention: 1. Down Syndrome children with comorbidities like atlantoaxial instability and congenital heart defects 2. Children who use assistive or mobility devices for locomotion Exclusion Criterion for BOOST-DS Implementation: 1. Teachers in the special school who will not be available for the whole study duration
