Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 18 60 years requiring anterior alveolar ridge rehabilitation. 2. Class I or Class II ridge defects (Siebert classification) or fresh extraction socket indicated for immediate or delayed implant insertion. 3. Minimum bone height of 8 mm and width of 4 mm in the anterior ridge. 4. Systemically healthy (ASA Class I or II). 5. Good oral hygiene maintenance. 6. Willingness to participate and provide informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of radiation therapy to the head and neck region. 2. Severe systemic conditions (e.g., uncontrolled diabetes, immunosuppression). 3. Active periodontal disease or oral infections. 4. Smoking more than 10 cigarettes/day. 5. Pregnancy or breastfeeding 6.patient not fit for minor surgery.

1. To evaluate and compare crestal bone level changes . 2. To evaluate and compare the primary and secondary stability of implants Timepoint: Baseline: Radiographic and clinical evaluation, primary stability assessment. 1 Week: Postoperative recovery (pain/swelling). 6 Months: Radiographic bone levels, secondary stability, surgical outcomes, patient satisfaction. 12 Months: Final evaluation of all parameters.

3. To assess the surgical outcomes of both implant systems based on Buser s criteria. 4. To evaluate patient satisfaction with the implant rehabilitation process. 5.
