Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age more than equal to 60 years of both sexes having ASA status I,II,III undergoing elective infraumbilical surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient unwilling to participate , Pregnant and obstetric patient , spinal deformities , coagulopathies , local infection , patients with deranged renal or liver profile and cardiac disease , contraindication to neuraxial blockade
